I had a wonderful stay at the Sea Beach Aqua Park, with friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to both Soho Square and Namma Bay, and the pools and the water park were a hit with my family. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, as the food variety was quite limited, especially for fussy eaters. Overall, it was a great value for the price, but improvements in food selection would enhance the experience.
The room was tidy and provided a comfortable stay, with a lovely pool view. However, the bed comfort varied and some were too hard for my liking.
The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Helena and Saber, who made our stay more enjoyable. They were attentive and always checked if we needed anything.
The hotel is excellently situated, allowing easy access to nearby attractions like Soho Square and Namma Bay.
While the food looked appealing, the options were repetitive and skewed towards kids' favorites like pasta and pizza, which made dining a bit monotonous.
